we kicked off our week with a VERY entertaining jordan sparks concert.
(for those who are now seriously doubting our definition of entertaining, don't quit reading, it gets good:)
kennys work wanted to do a summer party... and JS is what they came up with. (ken wanted me to add that he was not in on the plans, plus hes the new guy-he has no say)
im not quite sure how you go from winning AMERICAN IDOL to preforming in front of a crowd of 250 or so at the scera shell in orem utah, but it was fun none the less. sorry miss sparks, you must have fallen on hard times!
you know your at a jordan sparks concert if:
1. you are the only people in the audience over the age of 12,
you didn't make a poster and you aren't crying when she steps out on stage.
2. the only other people there who aren't 12 are enjoying the concert a little too much
(you are all lucky the picture is blurry)
3. you are in a fat suit you cant get out of...
(oh wait, that's everywhere:)
next up...wait for it... our fun camping trip in tibble fork canyon!
you know your camping if:
1. you are having good times around the campfire
2. its midnight, and you are trying EVERYTHING to get your little lovie to fall asleep
3. its now 7 am and your little lovie still hasn't fallen asleep

I am so bummed that we didn't go camping with you guys- it looks like so much fun, except for the no sleep thing. You'll have to call us again next time!
He NEVER fell asleep?? How is that possible? I'm dying to hear more about the JS concert... WTH! I thought she was big time. Can't wait to chat Thursday!
Haha...I was laughing at your comments about the JS concert. I can't believe so little people went! Yeah, when I saw her perform at the finale of American Idol I was like...are you kidding?
How did he not sleep all night? Was it because he wasn't in his own bed? How did you stay up? That's pretty crazy.
I want to know why the K. Petes and V-cherries have not colaborated in a camping trip? We need to get on that stat.
I find it hard to believe dirty Kenny didn't get his JS poster signed ;)
Jeff said he can get Kenny some up close and personal pics of the speedos. All he's got to do is ask...
K, I couldn't stop laughing at this post....but it's ok that you guys embrace your love for JS! You don't have to lie, we all know you guys voted for her on Idol ;) And don't worry, Mark got all puppy eyed on me this morning, and said, "Kenny, Lindsey, Richard, and Shannon went camping up AF canyon...." You see, he's been trying to get me to go camping up there for years. But it didn't help that he tells me a story about some crazy guy running around with an axe up there...then asks me if I want to go camping! HA!

i love catching up with my sistas through their blogs :( but i laughed my bummie off, no doubt! and i can just imagine tatie taking those pictures while saying "cheeeeese" (member when he did that?) he's too funny.
