tatie and i decided to take a break from all the political mumbo jumbo and VISIT the pet store. WARNING TO ALL MOTHERS: YOU LEAVE WITH PETS!
i thought it would be fun for tate to see the puppies in the windows and watch the fish swim,
i wasn't prepared for the weeping and whaling upon departure. so after i caved, we picked out some gold fish, and tatie was one happy boy.
tatie wanted to name his fishies edward & bella for some reason.
he loves watching them swim and always wants to catch them without the net...
boys will be boys-and i love em!
and in other news...
well atleast no one will be able to blame us-

Haha, that is why I try to stay away from the pet store at all costs! And I don't even think Savanna would know the difference right now (even though I would blame the fact that I bought a pet on her so the hubby wouldn't get mad).
McCain, McCain, he better make Romney his VP seeing that he dropped out of the Race. Romney had a point though, if we don't go for McCain the evil Dem.'s may win!
what a cutie! have fun cleaning the fish tank.. that always grosses me out.. it stinks.. but, how can you say no to him.
p.s. i get some colored onesies at dollar tree, but they can be a little cheap.

You make me laugh!! I never realized that you were so into politics. My husband is way into it too which has made me more aware of whats going on. What do you think of Obama? I HATE McCain, and I HATE Hilary. I feel like he is the only one with some decency still.
As for pets, I always had some sort of pet growing up and thought that I would for sure have a dog when I got married. Now that I have 2 boys, I am so over getting a dog. It's like having a third kid! The potty training, dog hair, etc. No thanks! Fish probably are the best option. Good job. Tate is seriously so adorable!! I loved that matching pictures of Kenny and Tate in the football helmets. Too cute!!
I love the TATE named them Bella & Edward... good choice Tate:) Oh, and I feel the same way about McCains wife. If she gets into the White House... what kind of an example will she be for the young girls?!?! We are screwed. I won't be at the gym tomorrow, but you need to come earlier on the other days and work out with me:)
I love your little fish bowl! Tate must be in heaven. Next time you want to visit a dog, and leave with out a new pet you can just bring Tate over here! SAD day for politics...thanks for posting that...you crack me up!

Wow. That was beautiful. Poetic even. Sorry about the fish-are you already indoctrinating your kid about vampires? (I meant the books, but I suppose you may have been confused, thinking I was making reference to the politicians of whom you so lovingly spoke...)

HAHAHA!! That's awesome! I always say I'm going to be "tough" and not give Cy everything he wants, but I'm sure that will all change when he can talk! haha.. Tate is a cutie - he deserves the fish! haha.. Have fun with the little nemo's!
They do make a cute couple don't they? Ew sick! I am so angry at American stupidity I could vomit! But on a happier note- Tate is cute as can be, and I am happy for him and his new "aminals." Can't wait to see you Friday!

Its good to be back ;) I was actually just on your blog a minute ago to get the link to Chelsey's blog (and to check up on you of course;) I am so glad that we are able to all watch our babies grow...even if it isn't in person. I sure miss Utah and would totally come back if Brad would let us. (He's one of those that hates the snow and cold weather; but I'm workin on him). Tell everyone hello...We miss you guys! Tate and Chase would sure have alot of fun...two busy little boys with nothin to do all day but play.

That is so cute!! We won some Gold fish at a carnival one year and they died! My kids were more excited about flushing them them they were about them being alive!! My kids over fed them so thats how they died. ( I hope yours stay alive) I have learned my lesson about taking my kids to the pet store! haha We now have a NO PET rule at my house or I think we would have one of everyhting. I mean come on if they want to look at a pet they can look at the Llama's in the back yard! hahaha Tate is adorable! It's fun to watch their first reactions to things.
